Terms of Use

The website is informational and enquiry-based. It serves to present our services, help you orient yourself on prices, and send a non-binding enquiry, request a call-back or reserve a preferred date.

The website is not an online store. No online payment or binding distance purchase contract is concluded here. Neither sending an enquiry nor reserving a date creates any obligation to pay.

Prices and price calculations shown on the website (including the photo estimate and the service configurator) are orientational and informational only. They do not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract or a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to submit an enquiry.

The final price is set by the technician only after inspecting the vehicle in person and is always agreed with the customer before work begins. The price is not increased above what was agreed without the customer’s consent.

The website offers a virtual assistant and an orientational price estimate from a photo, which use artificial intelligence. These are auxiliary, informational tools – their outputs are not a binding offer, nor professional, legal or other advice, and may contain inaccuracies.

For these features to work we transmit the content you provide to the AI interface provider; details are in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive data or personal data of third parties.

A date reservation sent through the website is merely a request for a date (a wish); it becomes binding only once we confirm it, usually by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to adjust the date by agreement according to the workshop’s workload.

The service contract itself arises only by individual agreement (in person, by phone or e-mail) after the vehicle is inspected and the scope and price are agreed. Please provide true and complete details needed for the call-back.

By uploading a photo, entering text or making a voice recording you declare that you are entitled to provide such content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. Do not send content that is unlawful, offensive or that contains third parties’ personal data.

You grant us a free licence to use the content you provide to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry and provide the service. Publication of “before / after” photos of the vehicle is governed by the “Before / after” photos section.

During an order we photograph the vehicle before work starts and after it is finished. By accepting these terms you grant us a free licence to publish these photos of the vehicle in the reference gallery on this website and on our social media profiles (in particular Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) for the purpose of presenting our work.

• The photos capture only the vehicle and the work performed; we do not publish people or readable identifying data (e.g. licence plates).
• You may refuse publication at any time and you may also request removal of photos already published — simply send a request to info@garservice.cz. We will remove the photos without undue delay.

The website content (texts, graphics, photos, logo, layout and source code) is protected by Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, and other regulations. Without our prior written consent you may not copy, reproduce, further distribute or otherwise use it beyond ordinary browsing of the website.

When using the website you undertake in particular:

• not to use the website for unlawful purposes or contrary to good morals;
• not to interfere with the security and operation of the website, not to attempt unauthorised access and not to distribute malicious code;
• not to overload the website with automated access (bots, scraping, bulk queries) beyond ordinary use;
• not to misuse the enquiry forms, the assistant or phone and other contacts to send unsolicited communications.

The website may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example maps, social networks or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or data processing; they are governed by the terms and policies of those operators.

We provide the website “as is”. We strive for the accuracy and timeliness of the information but do not guarantee its completeness, the uninterrupted availability of the website or its error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on orientational information or on the outputs of artificial-intelligence tools. This does not affect consumer rights under the law.

If you are a consumer, you are entitled to the rights under the Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection. We seek to resolve any disputes amicably. The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz.

The processing of personal data when using the website and when submitting an enquiry is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

We may amend these terms unilaterally; the current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. Matters not governed by these terms are governed by Czech law.
