Why us

Repaired before DEKRA bills you

💰

Cheaper than the lease-return penalty

A dent DEKRA flags as unacceptable means a loss-of-value charge. Repairing it with PDR typically costs a fraction of that — we confirm the exact price after inspection.

🔍

We know the damage norms

Damage norms differ from one leasing company to another (ALD/Ayvens, LeasePlan, Škofin and others). We know what still passes as normal wear and what DEKRA will rate as a chargeable defect.

Done before your return deadline

You have a fixed inspection date. Minor dents are often repaired by PDR within 24–48 hours, so you hand the car back on time and without a penalty.

🛠

Repair before lease return without repainting

PDR reshapes the dent with no filler and no repaint — the factory paint stays untouched. That is the ideal state for leased and in-warranty cars.

📸

Photo report for the inspection

We document the car before and after the repair. You get proof of condition for yourself and for dealing with the leasing company.

🏢

We prepare cars for every provider

Private and company cars from operating leases — ALD/Ayvens, LeasePlan, Škofin and more. Complete exterior car care since 1998.

How it works

From inspection to handover, stress-free

01

Pre-inspection and quote

We inspect the car, go through every dent and scratch, and tell you straight which ones DEKRA will likely flag as a defect and which pass as normal wear. You get an indicative price before any work — so you can see how much cheaper the lease return is than the penalty.

02

PDR repair before the DEKRA inspection

Dents with intact paint are reshaped with PDR — no filler, no repaint, minimal intervention. Where paint is broken or the metal is stretched, we advise honestly on the best route. The goal is for the car to pass inspection with no surcharge.

03

Photo report and on-time handover

After the repair you receive a before/after photo report and a car ready for return within your deadline. Lease return handled calmly, with documentation in hand.

What our clients say

FAQ

Lease return — your questions

What is an operating lease?

An operating lease is a long-term rental of a car: the vehicle belongs to the leasing company throughout, and you pay a monthly fee to use it. At the end of the contract you do not buy the car out — you return it. On return, the leasing company inspects the car's condition and charges a loss-of-value surcharge for any damage beyond normal wear.

What does DEKRA check when a car is returned?

As an independent expert body, DEKRA assesses the condition of the bodywork and paint, visible damage, wheels and tyres, completeness of equipment and overall appearance during the inspection. Each dent and scratch is classed as either acceptable wear or unacceptable, chargeable damage — according to the damage norms of the given leasing company.

What are the penalties for returning a leased car?

Penalties come in two parts. Administrative fines (missing service book, second set of wheels, key, expired inspection) have a fixed price list at some companies. Body damage, however, is charged as loss of vehicle value based on the DEKRA report, and that amount is not public — which is why it pays to fix dents in advance with PDR.

By when must I return a leased car?

The return deadline is set by the end of your operating-lease contract. The leasing company usually contacts you in advance to arrange the inspection and handover date. It is best to address any repair as soon as you receive that notice, so we can prepare the car in time for your deadline.

How large a dent is still acceptable?

As a rough guide, a dent up to about 2 cm with intact paint and a light scratch of a few centimetres are usually tolerated. A scratch down to primer, or a dent over the limit, is generally past the line. But the exact damage norms differ from one leasing company to another — so we prefer to assess each case in person.

Is it worth fixing scratches and dents before returning the car?

In most cases, yes. The loss-of-value surcharge for a single panel is usually far higher than repairing the same damage with PDR. At the pre-inspection we calculate for which damage the repair pays off and where accepting the surcharge is cheaper.

Do you have to repaint for the repair?

For dents with intact paint, no — PDR reshapes the metal from behind and the factory paint stays in place. We only repaint where the paint is genuinely broken. For leased cars, keeping the original factory paint is an advantage in the DEKRA assessment too.

Do you also prepare company cars from operating leases?

Yes. We prepare both private and company cars from operating leases for return — from single vehicles to fleets. With every car we supply a before/after photo report for your records and for dealings with the leasing company.

Is your lease-return deadline approaching?

Fill in the form below and attach photos of the damage — we'll get back to you with an indicative repair price and finish it before the DEKRA inspection.
