What a ceramic paint coating does
Hydrophobic effect
Water beads up on the paint and rolls off, taking dust with it. Washing is faster and gentler — and the car stays clean noticeably longer.
UV protection, stable colour
The cured SiO₂ layer prevents oxidation and sun fading. The colour stays rich — most visible on dark and red shades.
Resists chemicals
Road salt, bird droppings, tree resin and tar can’t bite into the paint — they sit on the sacrificial ceramic layer and come off with a normal wash.
Deep gloss after polishing
We apply ceramic to polished paint, so it seals in a perfect finish: colour depth and mirror gloss — not scratches and holograms.
Easier maintenance
Hand-washing a coated car takes a fraction of the time — a pH-neutral shampoo is all it needs. Avoid brush car washes; they grind the layer down.
Everything under one roof

How ceramic application works — and what to choose
How we apply ceramic protection
First a hand wash and decontamination, then polishing — a ceramic coating preserves exactly the paint condition you apply it to, defects included. That’s why durable coatings never go on without polishing first — entry-level ones need just a thorough wash and decontamination. Then the coating goes on panel by panel and cures; we hand the car back in 1–3 days depending on the package.
ONE-STEP or TWO-STEP?
ONE-STEP (from CZK 14,850): single-stage polishing + spray ceramic protecting for about a year — ideal for well-kept paint. TWO-STEP (from CZK 18,300): two-stage polishing for paint with visible scratches and holograms + ceramic lasting 1–3 years. We’ll advise based on your paint — the assessment is free.
Ceramic, PPF film, or both?
Ceramic protects the whole car from chemicals, UV and dirt — but it won’t stop flying stone chips; only PPF film does that. The premium combination: PPF on the exposed front, ceramic on the rest of the car. For protecting a new car’s paint, decide right away — the paint will never be in better shape than today.

Prices are for a passenger car and include polishing and ceramic application. SUVs and larger vehicles by surface area — confirmed during assessment.
Ceramic coatings differ radically in manufacturer quality and the effect you expect from them — from an entry-level coating including application to flagship multi-layer systems. “From” prices = one polishing pass before application. Durable ceramic goes on polished paint. Deeper defects and scratches take two to three passes, so the final price is always built individually from the paint’s condition — we assess for free and confirm the price before work starts.
Ceramic won’t protect paint from flying stone chips — for the exposed front end we recommend PPF film. Ceramic + PPF = maximum protection.
Gentle hand washing extends the coating’s life — brush car washes grind it down. We’ll wash your car under the same roof.

What is a ceramic paint coating?＋
A liquid SiO₂-based coating (hence “ceramic”) that bonds chemically with the paint and cures into a hard 1–3 μm layer. It creates a hydrophobic effect, protects against UV, chemicals and oxidation, and makes washing much easier. “Ceramic coating” and “ceramic protection” mean the same thing.
How much does ceramic coating cost?＋
It depends on the coating and the effect you choose: entry-level ceramic including application from CZK 1,790, flagship multi-layer systems up to CZK 37,500. The most common choice are the polishing packages: ONE-STEP from CZK 14,850 (spray ceramic, about 1 year) and TWO-STEP from CZK 18,300 (ceramic lasting 1–3 years). We pick the concrete option in an individual consultation — based on your car, paint condition and budget.
How long does ceramic last?＋
1 to 3 years depending on the package. Maintenance decides the lifespan: hand-washing with a pH-neutral shampoo preserves the layer, brush car washes grind it down. Hand washing is available here, under the same roof.
What is the best ceramic coating for a car?＋
Paint preparation and application quality matter more than the brand — even a premium coating applied over unpolished paint just seals in the scratches. We work with professional coatings in the Gyeon and Gtechniq class and recommend the right one based on paint condition, garaging and budget.
Is nano ceramic something different?＋
No — “nano ceramic” is a marketing name for the same thing: a coating with nano-scale SiO₂ particles. The principle and the application are identical.
Is ceramic worth it on a new car?＋
Yes — it’s the best possible moment. New paint is in ideal condition, needs only light preparation, and ceramic preserves it before the first car-wash scratches appear. New-car paint protection can be topped with PPF film on the front end.
Is ceramic better than wax?＋
For durability, clearly: ceramic lasts 1–3 years, wax (CZK 1,190) weeks to months. Wax gives a “warmer” glow and works as quick maintenance; ceramic is harder, more chemical-resistant and cheaper per year of protection. After ceramic we don’t recommend wax — it would degrade the hydrophobic effect.
Can ceramic be combined with PPF film?＋
Yes — it’s the premium combination: PPF protects against stone chips and abrasion, ceramic (applied over the film too) adds hydrophobicity and makes cleaning easier. Typical setup: PPF on the front end, ceramic on the whole car.
