We take the insurance claim off your hands
Full insurance claim handling
From reporting the damage through liaising with the loss adjuster to payout. We deal with the insurer for you — you only supply photos and a signature.
Direct billing
Where possible we invoice the repair straight to the insurer. You usually pay only the excess, and we settle the rest directly without you fronting the cost.
Comprehensive cover or third-party liability
From comprehensive (kasko) cover or from the at-fault driver's mandatory liability insurance. We advise which policy usually pays for the repair.
PDR is cheaper — lower write-off risk
PDR repair is usually far cheaper than a paint shop, so costs less often cross the write-off threshold. You typically keep your car.
Courtesy car from liability cover
If someone else caused the damage, you are usually entitled to a courtesy car from their mandatory liability insurance. We help arrange it.
Repair within 24 hours of approval
Once the insurer approves the claim, we usually complete the PDR repair within 24 hours — no weeks of waiting like a classic paint shop.
From reporting the damage to a repaired car
When PDR fits an insurance claim
Dents from car-park knocks, vandalism or hail with the paint intact are ideal for an insurance claim. Insurers usually prefer PDR repair — it is faster and cheaper than repainting, so the claim runs more smoothly and a total write-off is less likely. You photograph the damage, we assess whether PDR is enough, and we tell you honestly when a paint shop is needed.
We work with your insurer
We handle claims with Allianz, Generali, Kooperativa, ČPP, ČSOB, UNIQA and Direct. We take on communication with the loss adjuster, damage documentation and the price calculation. With partner insurers we offer direct billing — we invoice the repair straight to the insurer and you usually only deal with the excess.
Excess, courtesy car and write-off made clear
We explain the excess, your entitlement to a courtesy car, and when the insurer may declare a total write-off. Because PDR is cheaper than a paint shop, the repair less often exceeds the vehicle's residual value. For larger hail damage our write-off calculator helps estimate whether repair is worthwhile.

What our clients say

Common insurance-claim questions
What is an insurance claim (pojistná událost)?+
An insurance claim is damage to your vehicle covered by your policy — an accident, hail, vandalism or a car scraped in a car park. For PDR-suitable damage we help you fully: from reporting through to payout.
Who pays for the bodywork repair after an accident?+
It depends on who is at fault. If you caused it, your comprehensive cover pays and you pay the excess. If someone else caused it, their mandatory liability insurance pays and you usually pay nothing. We handle the insurer communication for you.
Am I entitled to a courtesy car?+
If someone else caused the damage, you are usually entitled to a courtesy car from their mandatory liability insurance. Under comprehensive cover it depends on your policy. We check the terms and help arrange the car.
What is the excess (spoluúčast)?+
The excess is the amount you pay yourself on a claim (usually a fixed sum or a percentage of the damage). The insurer covers the rest. With direct billing you pay the excess to us and we invoice the rest to the insurer.
Does insurance cover a car scraped in a car park?+
Usually yes — from comprehensive cover including vandalism and unknown-culprit protection. If you know who did it, it is settled from their mandatory liability. We handle the claim for you, including the photo documentation.
What is a total write-off and is it a risk with PDR?+
A total write-off is when repair costs more than the car's residual value. Because PDR is far cheaper than a paint shop, that threshold is rarely crossed. For extensive hail our write-off calculator helps with the estimate.
What is direct billing?+
Direct billing means we invoice the repair straight to the insurer, so you front nothing. You usually pay only the excess. We offer it with partner insurers — Allianz, Generali, Kooperativa, ČPP, ČSOB, UNIQA, Direct.
